Raicommerce once again wins an award at the Annual National Health and Safety at Work Awards

Raicommerce Construction PLC was once again recognized at the Annual National Health and Safety at Work Awards, ranking second in the category of large enterprises. At the ceremony, held on February 22 this year, a total of 16 companies and institutions were awarded, and three individual prizes were also distributed. Companies from various sectors of the economy participated in the competition.

The ranking is organized for the ninth consecutive year by the "Center for Safety and Health at Work" Foundation, with the support of the Executive Agency "General Labor Inspectorate," aiming to encourage companies' efforts to implement and comply with the highest standards of health and safety at work.

Raicommerce's award is the result of long-term, purposeful, and systematic health and safety policy. The company has made the management of health and safety at work a primary responsibility for all managers. Periodic assessment and management of production risks are conducted with the active participation of workers and employees. Monitoring and measurement of workplace environment factors are carried out, trainings are held, and an open dialogue is maintained with workers' representatives in managing working conditions. Thanks to the continuous increase in awareness and knowledge of employees about the risks to their health and life, working conditions are maintained to prevent occupational diseases and accidents at work. The creative ideas and approaches applied by Raicommerce's health and safety officers are among the key factors for the company's leading position in the water and sewerage sector in Bulgaria.
