Raicommerce Wins Gold Award in the Ranking of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber

At the traditional ball on the occasion of Builder's Day – October 26, at "Sofia Hotel Balkan," the Bulgarian Construction Chamber (BCC) presented awards to the best companies in the sector for 2017. Raicommerce Construction PLC was awarded the gold prize among large companies involved in utility infrastructure construction, hydro-technical construction, and environmental protection. The gold in the medium-sized companies category was awarded to “Miko-D” Ltd., and for small companies to “Status-N” Ltd. The award on behalf of Raicommerce was received by Eng. Blagoy Kozarev, who shared that the award is a well-deserved recognition of the efforts and good work of the company's employees.

Only builders registered in the Central Professional Register of Builders (CPRB) and who have completed the procedure under Article 20, Paragraph 2 of the Construction Chamber Act for 2017 by October 10, 2018, participate in the ranking. The total number of builders subject to ranking is 4,345. A three-member commission selected the winners based on the declared information from the annual reports for 2017 in the electronic system of CPRB and the determined evaluation criteria according to Article 3, Paragraph 2 of the Rules for the annual ranking.

The hosts of the ceremony were the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Mrs. Petya Avramova, and the Chairman of the Board of BCC, Eng. Iliyan Terziev. Among the official guests were Rosen Zhelyazkov, Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, the Chairman of the Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency, Eng. Svetoslav Glosov, the Chief Architect of Sofia Municipality, Zdravko Zdravkov, the Executive Director of the National Association of Municipalities, Silvia Georgieva, and representatives of institutions, industry organizations, and trade unions. The event brought together the leading construction companies in the country.
