On September 10, 2016, at 10:00 AM, an official ceremony began in the "Dr. Nikola Chilov" garden to inaugurate a new fountain, a gift from "Raiцommerce Construction" PLC.

Mr. Traiko Mladenov, Mayor of Kostinbrod Municipality, greeted the attendees, followed by a water blessing ceremony conducted by Father Damyan, and then the ribbon-cutting took place. The event was also attended by Mrs. Rositsa Ivanova, Regional Governor of Sofia Region, Mr. Nikola Nitov, Manager of "Water Supply and Sewerage Sofia-Region" Ltd., Eng. Ivan Mollov, Executive Director of "Raiцommerce Construction" PLC, Dr. Atanas Tenev, Chairman of the Municipal Council of Kostinbrod, employees of the Kostinbrod Municipal Administration, and many citizens.

"The new acquisition is a gift to our municipality from the company that led the construction of the water cycle in Kostinbrod. The fountain is placed here not by chance, because thanks to the municipal council, the garden in which it is located bears the name of Dr. Nikola Chilov. He is the founder of the factory that enlivened the heart of Kostinbrod and provided livelihoods for many households." The mayor added that there are great ambitions for this part of the town. A modern cultural center will be built here. The old bathhouse building will undergo extensive reconstruction. It will house an art gallery, a museum exhibition, workshops, and provide an opportunity for artists to create.

The fountain symbolizes the town's water cycle. The idea for it came from the former mayor of Kostinbrod Municipality, Mr. Milen Dimitrov, who is currently a municipal councilor. In discussions with the companies that implemented the water cycle, especially with "Raiцommerce Construction" PLC, we mark the impressive completion of the water cycle in Kostinbrod.

Mrs. Rositsa Ivanova thanked for the invitation to participate in yet another wonderful celebration in Kostinbrod Municipality and added that this is "the cherry on top" of the project for building the water cycle in Kostinbrod.

A difficult project for Kostinbrod is now in the past as a challenge for both the municipality and the implementing companies.
