Laying of cold asphalt in Plovdiv

 On August 26, a technical demonstration for laying cold asphalt branded as "Ratec" was held. The event took place in front of the "Water Supply and Sewerage" building in Plovdiv.

  The demonstration attracted significant interest and was attended by numerous guests from the construction and water sectors. Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the quality characteristics of "Ratec" cold asphalt. They observed firsthand the laying technology during the restoration of a section in front of the building.

  "Ratec" cold asphalt can be applied in any weather conditions. It is suitable for application at both low and high temperatures (from -29°C to +49°C). The product was developed in collaboration with the Canadian company McAsphalt Industries. It is suitable for the repair of roads, paths, and parking lots. It can be used both for filling potholes and cracks and for laying a complete road surface. One of its biggest advantages is that it offers the same operational warranty as a traditional hot asphalt mix.
