Eng. Ivan Mollov participated in the second edition of "HydroHacks: The Code of Success.

On November 21, the second edition of the HydroHacks initiative was held at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy (UACEG). Organized by the Foundation for the Development of the Water Sector, the event was opened by Eng. Blagoy Kozarev, founder of the Foundation for the Development of the Water Sector, General Director of Raicommerce Construction EAD, and Chairman of the Professional Ethics Commission of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber (BCC). He encouraged young people to seize the opportunities the sector offers and to strive for self-improvement.

The event, aimed at inspiring young specialists and connecting them with established professionals, drew attention with the participation of Eng. Ivan Mollov, Executive Director of Raicommerce Construction EAD and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber. During his panel, Eng. Mollov delivered a lecture emphasizing the importance of the water sector to society and the role of young specialists in its development. He elaborated on career opportunities and the responsible management of water resources in Bulgaria.

Eng. Mollov also shared his personal career journey, revealing to students the challenges he faced at the beginning of his professional path. His lecture generated significant interest among the students, who engaged with him by asking questions through an online platform, fostering a productive discussion.

The event also featured other speakers, including Eng. Krasimir Stoyanov, Manager of HTI Bulgaria, Eng. Ilian Milev, Manager of "Water Supply and Sewerage" Ltd. – Ruse, and Eng. Vasil Trenev, Executive Director of Sofiyska Voda AD. They shared their professional experiences and practical advice during their designated panels.

HydroHacks included interactive games that actively engaged participants, allowing them to gain real-time knowledge. The finalists of the games—Leticia Sofronieva, Dobromir Dobrev, and Dayana Atanasova—were awarded Samsung tablets to support their education.

With the participation of all the speakers, the event reinforced its mission to connect students with inspiring leaders and provide valuable knowledge for their development as future professionals.
