INFORMATION

In connection with the implementation of project No.: BG05M9OP001-1.008-1622 under procedure BG05M9OP001-1.008 "Good and Safe Working Conditions," Beneficiary "Raicommerce Construction" PLC.

Project Name: Ensuring Good and Safe Working Conditions for the Employees of "Raicommerce Construction" PLC.

Project Description: The project proposal of "Raicommerce Construction" PLC includes activities aimed at improving good and healthy working conditions in the company. The employer plans to introduce measures that will contribute to the easier reconciliation of personal and professional life of the employees. Emphasis will be placed on practices to extend the professional life of older workers and employees (over 54 years). The planned measures will include the introduction of flexible forms of employment and the consequent change in the wage system. It is planned to provide means for collective protection and personal protective equipment (PPE) to improve the working conditions and the professional and health status of the affected workers and employees. To ensure comfort and a good working environment for those working on open sites, the employer will purchase and equip a container intended for rest and meals. The duration of the project will be 17 months.

Project Objectives and Results: The overall goal of this project proposal is to help improve the working environment in "Raicommerce Construction" PLC by providing good and safe working conditions, as well as through effective forms of human resource management, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and positively reflect on labor productivity.

Co-financing from ESF: BGN 287,284.51

National Co-financing: BGN 50,697.27
